Whether you commission a statutory year-end audit or a narrower review, Autodevhub follows the same backbone. Scope expands or contracts; the order of work does not.
Independence & intake
We confirm no conflicting bookkeeping or family interests, collect prior-year reports, and issue a draft engagement letter stating fees, timing, and deliverables.
Planning & materiality
A short visit or call sets planning materiality, identifies significant risks (inventory, revenue recognition, related parties), and produces the request list organised by caption.
Fieldwork
Sampling, confirmations, analytical review, and — where needed — inventory observation. We work from your premises when source documents live in cabinets, not only in email.
Clearance
Proposed adjustments and control points are discussed with those charged with governance. Wording is agreed before the management letter is finalised.
Report issuance
After signed representations and cleared outstanding items, we issue the auditor’s report or findings letter and archive the file under our retention policy.
What you prepare
Locked trial balance, bank reconciliations, fixed-asset register, related-party schedule, and access to the ledger. For manufacturers, count instructions and warehouse maps help observation run without stopping production longer than necessary.
Typical calendar
For a December year-end manufacturer of moderate size, planning often falls in November, observation around 31 December, substantive testing in January, and clearance in February — subject to your filing deadline.
