How Autodevhub collects, uses, and retains personal data from website visitors and prospective clients.
## Data controller
Autodevhub is the controller for personal data submitted through autodevhub.digital and related enquiry channels. Contact: info@autodevhub.digital, phone +88637586394, office at No.12,KeJungRd.,Science-BasedInd.ParkChu-nanTownMiao-LiHsien.
## Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, phone if included in your message)
- Engagement preferences (selected service, year-end date, company context in free text)
- Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when essential for security
- Cookie-related identifiers as described on our cookies page
We do not ask for national ID numbers, full bank credentials, or payroll files through the public contact form.
## Purposes
We use enquiry data to respond to your request, prepare fee discussions, and — if appointed — open an engagement file. Essential technical data helps keep the site secure. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them.
## Legal bases
Depending on context, we rely on steps prior to entering a contract, our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice, or consent where cookies are optional.
## Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are typically retained up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Engagement files follow professional retention periods stated in the engagement letter (often seven years or longer where standards require). Server security logs are kept for a shorter operational period.
## Your rights
Subject to Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain uses. To exercise rights, email info@autodevhub.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwan authority.
## International transfers
Our primary operations and hosting for client correspondence are managed from Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used (for example email infrastructure), we take contractual and organisational steps appropriate to the transfer risk.
## Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with professional advisers, insurers, or authorities when legally required, or with processors who host email or site infrastructure under confidentiality obligations.
## Updates
We may revise this policy; the current version is always posted here.
