Refunds & cancellations

## Scope This policy applies to professional fees and deposits for financial auditing and related review engagements commissioned from Autodevhub. It does not cover retail products or software subscriptions — we do not sell those. ## Deposits A 30% deposit is ordinarily invoiced when you accept the engagement letter. The deposit reserves fieldwork capacity for the agreed window. ## Full refund eligibility You may receive a full refund of the deposit if you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the scheduled planning visit or fieldwork start date (whichever is earlier) and we have not yet begun substantive procedures or significant planning documentation. ## Partial refund Cancellations inside 14 days, or after planning has started, may receive a partial refund after deducting time already incurred at the rates implied by the engagement letter, plus unavoidable third-party costs (for example confirmation fees already paid). ## Non-refundable items - Time already worked and documented in the engagement file - External confirmation charges, specialist valuations, or travel booked with your prior written approval - Administrative fees expressly labelled non-refundable in the engagement letter (if any) ## Work already started Once substantive testing or inventory observation has begun, fees for completed stages remain payable. We will invoice only for work performed and agreed disbursements if the engagement ends early by mutual written agreement. ## Rescheduling You may request one reschedule of the fieldwork window without penalty if notice is given at least 10 days in advance and alternative dates within 60 days are available. Further reschedules or short-notice changes may incur a rearrangement charge reflecting lost capacity. ## No-shows If key client personnel or inventory access are unavailable on an agreed observation date without timely notice, we may charge for the scheduled team day and re-book subject to capacity. ## Purchased materials Audit engagements do not typically require client-purchased materials. If specialised binders or courier costs were prepaid on your instruction, unused items may be credited at cost. ## Refund process & timing Email info@autodevhub.digital with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
